Thermal Tape Binding
Adhesive spine tape adheres pages together for a neat, clean look. Acceptable binding for presentations and binds up to 300 sheets of 20 lb. paper.
We offer three different types of bindings for documents. GBC spiral, thermal tape, and coil are great options to keep your documents safe, and for a professional look.
Most bindings can be completed in a matter of minutes, and you may wait while we prepare your documents!
GBC Spiral Binding
Durable, economical binding for manuals and presentations. Binds up to 400 sheets of 20 lb. paper. Acceptable binding for documents, reports, presentations and proposals. Allows document to lie flat for ease of reading.
Coil Binding
Plastic wire that passes through a series of holes to bind together your document. Acceptable binding for documents, reports, presentations and proposals. Allows document to lie flat for ease of reading. Binds up to 150 sheets of 20 lb. paper.
Add-Ons
Plastic Covers
Plastic sheeet that protects document and adds to the presentation of the bound document. Can be placed on the front of the document for the first page to be visible, and may be placed on the back as well, if requested.
Black Vinyl Cover
Typically used in tandem with clear plastic covers. Adds to the durability and presentation of your bound document. Generally added as the back page of the document.
Miscellaneous Binding Information
- You may bring in documents already printed to be bound.
- We can bind documents that are printed here at the Copy Shop.
- We can generally bind documents on the side that is 11" or smaller.
- We can only thermal tape loose-leaf textbooks that are purchased from the bookstore as the paper is too thin and our punching equipment can shred such a thin paper.
